Enjoy the sweetness! This cookbook has such wonderful and fresh ideas! You'll want to read through all of them before you make your first choice! And there is so many to choose from!
When I saw this cookbook by Valerie Aikman-Smith I did not hesitate to order it! I love her other books and I love citrus - how could I go wrong? I am NOT disappointed...I am absolutely thrilled with her recipes, and the photos are simply gorgeous.
Beautiful photos. As others have mentioned, some of the recipes are quite simple and others barely have any citrus. I think there are enough nice/different/interesting recipes to warrant keeping the book.
As a new southern California homeowner surrounded by lemon, lime, orange, and grapefruit trees this book is almost like food porn. I want to try them all. The first two I made were great!
Just made the Limoncello - very good
I have not made one recipe that works from this cookbook. Others have it and feel the same way. The photos are nice, the recipes are not.
